About Us
Patriot Sign and Banner, formerly Turnbow Signs and Arts Inc, was founded by Mike Turnbow in 1969. He built and installed signs in many states, cities, and towns throughout the west. Mike was a true artist and had many talents. One of his biggest strengths was obtaining and keeping the trust of his clients. He always did whatever it took to provide quality service at a fair price.
In 2021, Mike passed the business on to his friend and neighbor, Quinn Hadley. Quinn continues to employ some of the Turnbow family today. He is eager and excited to carry on Mike's tradition. Quinn loves what he does, loves operating a local company, and his work ethic is unmatched.

We have provided signs for many large and small companies in St. George and the surrounding area. We are also licensed in Nevada, where we won over the respect of a large petroleum company that oversees the re-branding of service stations. We got the account by working long hours and doing what it took to a complete re-image in a matter of days where it was taking the previous contractor weeks. We also travel to various towns to re-brand hotels and motels.
